About Cam Byrnes

Cameron Byrnes is now one of Australia’s leading personal fitness trainers and lifestyle experts.

With a clientele boasting names from international superstar and former Spice Girl, Mel B to KIIS FM’s radio host Jackie O and recording artist Samantha Jade, it’s no wonder Cameron Byrnes has built a reputation in Australia as an expert in his field. Cameron was recently engaged by leading Australian fitness publication, Men’s Health Magazine to undertake a six week training program with former NRL star, Steve Menzies from the Manly Sea Eagles and also conduct a series of weekend workout challenges online. Cameron was also responsible for Larry Emdur's amazing transformation and winning him the cover of Men's Health Magazine. He has gone on to work with other great names like Manu from My Kitchen Rules and funny man Merrick Watts. 

Cameron’s career in the fitness industry started as a receptionist for a busy city gym, his passion and drive to motivate people to lead a balanced lifestyle has led him to be the successful trainer and fitness consultant he is today. Within a month of completing his personal training course his books were completely filled.

Cameron later branched out into his own business and moved into the corporate world, training some of Australia’s leading CEO’s and Executives for companies such as Macquarie Bank and Telstra and soon expanded his business into Sydney’s elite Eastern Suburbs to begin working privately with high profile clients, often traveling interstate and abroad to accommodate their requirements.

Having succeeded the career goals he set himself, Cameron’s next move in the world of health and fitness will be a move into television, having signed to the Seven Network in early 2014. Cameron Featured on a new lifestyle program, Bringing Sexy Back alongside Samantha Armytage and Jules Sebastian focusing on transforming individuals who are struggling to take control of their lives and achieve their personal goals.

Since then, Cameron has gone on to be leading Fitness Expert and Celebrity Transformation Expert for Men's Health Magazine Australia and featuring in Men's Health USA on their webiste and social media along side their International Fitness Director BJ Gaddour. 

Now, Cameron runs one of the countries leading online coahing programs and leading transformantion programs helping people all around Australia and soon the be the world. But his expertise doesnt end there, he is no mentor to many Personal Trainers lending his extensive knowdege of Helath, Fitness and the Personal Training industry.

Meet The Team

With a heart of gold and an impressive weight loss achievement, Sandra Maccan has lost over 60kgs over the last 3 years. Having worked in hospitalty for most of her career Sadra realised that for her, helping people lose weight, feel fit, living and loving life was more of a passion. 

Sandra is now a crucial part of the Business Development Team here at CameronByrnes.com.au. Sandra is a qualified Nutrition Coach and is looking at becoming a Fitness Instructor in the near future. 

With her dedication to changing her life, Sandra is a crucil part of this team because she able to support anyone that is on the same weight loss journey that she has been on with compassion and understanding.

Sandra is a great asset to this team and to all the people who are doing our programs.
