You acknowledge that by entering this agreement, you agree to be personally bound by the terms and conditions stated by Cameron Byrnes PT. You accept that you represent and warrant that you are 18 years old, and if you are registering on behalf of a minor, that you consent to being their legal guardian.
All transfers conducted through Cameron Byrnes PT are handled by a third party dedicated gateway to guarantee your protection. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction, as they are responsible for the transaction being made. Once confirmed you will not be able to terminate your subscription prior to the end of the subscribed term, and you will not be granted a refund. If you are paying by installments, you acknowledge that your account will continue to be debited for the duration of the subscribed term (i.e. 12 weeks). If you are paying a one off subscription to the program, the terms and conditions regarding terminations and refunds still apply

Any type of training must be approached cautiously in the beginning. A gradual increase in intensity and load will occur over weeks as your body adapts to the new demands placed on it. Train to your own ability and do not compete with other participants. Stop and rest when needed. Be patient. Being healthy and strong is a lifetime process. After reading information contained on our website or Facebook page, or after watching videos, you are encouraged to review the information carefully with your professional healthcare provider. You are advised that health advice is often subject to updating and refining due to medical research and developments. If you suffer from any of the following conditions, please consult with your doctor before starting any diet/exercise program. Heart condition, any form of Heart Disease (or family history), high or low blood pressure, stroke (or family history), breathlessness, pain or tightness in your chest or any chest pain, cancer or any long term illness, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, epilepsy, arthritis, liver or kidney conditions, renal failure, experience episodes of fainting, dizzy spells or loss of balance, persons on medication, persons with or recovering from injuries (e.g. back, hip or knee problem) that may worsen with physical activity, cigarette smoking, eating disorders or other health conditions. This list is non-exhaustive. You should immediately seek medical attention if there are any unanticipated changes to your physical condition at any time. If you find this program difficult to follow as an individual, we encourage you to employ the assistance of your own personal trainer to help guide you through the process. We cannot guarantee your future results and/or success. Nor can we guarantee that you maintain the results you experience if you do not continue following the program or healthy lifestyles.
