Exercise programs should be straight forward and easy to follow. But most important you should be able to complete the program each day with confidence. This program is achievable and you will be able to finish it with out .

Fast, easy and tasty. A very balanced plan that is easy to subsitute some foods for other things if you dont like whats on the menu. Shopping lists save you money even after paying for this program. No more mindless hungry grocery shopping anymore.  




Everyones biggest down fall is accountability. Most people dont track results so you have no idea if your hard work is paying off. Having your own dashoboard to track before and after photos, weekly measurments, and weekly weigh ins makes a huge difference. 


We have all tried our best but when those moments come when we want to cave in to those tempations or get tired and want to give up, we all need some support to keep us on track or to remind us that we are human and that we need to get back on the horse.

And if there is a spare 30min somewhere then he devotes that to his goals. Larry is one of the most reliable people I have ever worked with, he never misses a training session. His work ethic is higher than anyone I know and I have complete repsect for how he committs to goal.
